Biography
Samuel was born in about 1885, and like his brother Charles worked as a stone dresser. He played cricket for the Alderwasley Cricket Cluband ran a small general store from his home. It is known that he was an active member of the Comrades Club, Crich
Samuel Harris's brother Charles Harris is also on the Roll of Honour.
