Notes
Fred Paulson was registered as "Fred" not "Frederick" during the last quarter of 1899. He worked in the Factory as a mechanic and left to serve in the forces on 23rd January 1918. He was nineteen years of age when recruited.
Pte Fred Paulson M/377480 Room 2a, McGregor Barracks, 10.50 Coy, M.T. (Motor Transport?) Army Service Corps, Aldershot.
He was still in Aldershot in September 1918, when he received groceries from the Company, and he returned to Lea Mills shortly after the Armistice.
